Fred, aka Federico Cremasco, is a bartender who studied profumeria (the distilling of herbs) and an avid herbalist. He grows classic cooking herbs, and for his spirits he farms most herbs himself and either purchases or forages the rest from within a 50km radius. Because he purchases everything fresh, and dries them himself, the herbs can change a bit from year to year and each harvest and batch yields a slightly different result.
