Cultivated in rotation with 17 different farms on the island, each regional Islay Barley release showcases the influence of a merciless Atlantic environment on Islay-grown grain, delicately matched against the dry smoke of the spirit. Matured in American Whiskey, Syrah & Merlot wine casks. Tasting Notes: Dry smoke, salted caramel and apple sauce.
