Sourced from Deidsheimer Paradiesgarten (high density planting), Deidesheimer Herrgottsacker and Kallstadter Steinacker. There are three Sauvignon Blancs that von Winning makes; “I” = Selected from cask and steel “II” = Stainless steel only “500” = Selection of the best 500 liter barrels and sourced from vineyards with a vine density of 9,500 plants per hectare.
